These terms govern your use of Signature Foundry, including the website, the plugin and any paid plan you subscribe to.
By installing the plugin or creating an account you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Signature Foundry for as long as your plan is active. The plugin itself is distributed under the GPL, which grants you additional rights that nothing here removes.
Paid plans bill monthly or annually in advance. Per-employee charges are calculated on the number of people with a saved signature at the start of each billing period.
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; we do not pro-rate part months.
Signatures produced on the Free and Pro+ plans carry a Signature Foundry banner. That banner is how the free tier is funded. Removing or obscuring it by editing the generated markup is a breach of these terms; upgrading to any plan that includes “No affiliate banner” removes it legitimately.
You own everything you put into the product — names, logos, banner artwork and copy. You are responsible for having the right to use it, and for the accuracy of any legal disclaimer you configure.
You may not use Signature Foundry to send unsolicited bulk email, to impersonate another organisation, or to link to malware or deceptive content from a banner. We may suspend an account that does.
The plugin runs on your infrastructure, so its availability is yours to manage. Where we host services for you, Enterprise agreements may include a separate service level commitment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business opportunity.
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email at least thirty days before they take effect, and continuing to use the product after that date is acceptance.
