Works with the mail you already send

Signature Foundry produces the markup; your mail platform delivers it. There is no agent to install and nothing sitting between you and your mail server.

Gmail & Google Workspace

Paste into the signature box, or roll out centrally across the domain.

Outlook & Microsoft 365

Web, Windows and Mac. We tell you where Word rendering will square off your corners.

Apple Mail

Including the “always match my default font” setting that quietly breaks most signatures.

Thunderbird

Paste the raw HTML into the signature field with “Use HTML” ticked.

Helpdesks

Zendesk, Front and Help Scout take the HTML export directly in source view.

For the people who own the mail server

The output is deliberately boring: tables, inline styles, no classes, no stylesheet, no JavaScript. That is what makes it safe to drop into a server-side template or a transport rule.

If it can render an email, it can render this.

Try it against your own mail client before you commit to anything.
