What we collect, what we deliberately do not collect, and what happens to the data your signatures generate.
Signature Foundry runs inside your own WordPress installation. Your employees’ names, titles, phone numbers and photographs are stored in your database, not ours. Banner measurement records counts, not people.
Signature content, brand kits, banner artwork and analytics counts live in your WordPress database. We have no access to it unless you deliberately share it with support.
For each banner, each sender and each calendar day, the product stores two integers: impressions and clicks. It does not store IP addresses, user agents, recipient email addresses, open times, geolocation or device identifiers.
Because no recipient is identified, the counters are not personal data about your recipients. Disabling measurement removes the tracking pixel from every signature immediately.
If you buy a plan we hold your billing account: contact name, billing email, company name, plan and payment records. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never touch our systems.
If you contact support we hold that correspondence.
This marketing site uses functional cookies for session handling and, where you consent, analytics cookies to understand which pages are read. The product itself sets no third-party cookies.
We do not sell personal data. We share billing data with our payment processor and accounting provider, and nothing else with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Billing records are kept for seven years to meet accounting obligations. Support correspondence is kept for two years. Analytics counters inside your installation are yours to retain or delete.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and you may object to processing. Write to privacy@signaturefoundry.com and we will respond within thirty days.
